I had the best bus journey of my life with Royal Intercity Express. To start with, their online portal was very user-friendly. Next, it was the first time that I had seen the bus start at the designated time. When I got into the bus, the comfort that I felt was unmatchable. From the window of my seat, I could see bumpy roads but could not feel them much. They also dropped me 15 mins prior to the designated time. So all-in-all it was a perfect journey with nothing to complain about...

I have always had the feeling that bus drivers in Cameroon are very unprofessional and not very responsible, as are their agents in the agency. But, when I first travelled the Royal Intercity Express bus, I realized I was wrong! The staff were very well behaved and quite friendly. They were incredibly careful when loading the luggage. The bus was immaculate, fragrant with clean curtains. About the trip, it was great. No sudden stops and reckless driving. All in all, it was an incredibly pleasant experience.
